In accordance with Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, these details and photographs have been prepared with due care, however the information contained therein is intended as a preliminary guide only. Your home is at risk if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage, rent or other loans secured on it. Please note that the market value of properties can go down as well as up.

Moat supports the development of mixed tenure communities and is proud to provide homes for affordable rent and shared ownership at our properties. We may change the tenure of some properties subject to demand. Moat Homes limited is a charitable housing association.

Reservations are subject to a £500 reservation fee which will be taken once eligibility and affordability are confirmed. Moat reserves the right to review the property prices quoted until the reservation fee has been taken. Although every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of all information given, the contents do not form part of, or constitute a representation warranty, or part of any contract.

Moat operates an affordability policy which limits the mortgage interest rate we can accept - currently 7% (as at March 2018). Interest only and 100% mortgages are not acceptable; purchasers will need a minimum 5% deposit.

In line with government priorities, top priority for our homes is awarded to people who are serving Ministry of Defence (MoD) personnel and also to housing association or council tenants. People who live and/or work in the borough, also receive priority. We welcome applications from everyone but we may only be able to help you buy a home within local authority areas where a local connection is not required.
